About Coastal Crest

One firm, one relationship,
one horizon.

Coastal Crest is a boutique CPA firm built for owners of established businesses. We handle the tax, planning, strategy, and financial oversight that used to require three separate providers — under a single fixed annual fee, led by a licensed CPA.

Coastal Crest CPA

Coastal Crest is a boutique CPA firm built for owners who want more than a tax return. We handle the compliance work quietly and correctly — then spend the rest of the year on the questions that actually move the business: entity structure, cash flow, owner compensation, the next hire, the five-year horizon.

Our practice is built around Gulf Coast business owners — Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and the Florida panhandle — where family-owned and privately-held businesses drive the regional economy. We work with owners across restaurants and hospitality, retailers, real estate investors and rental property owners, construction and specialty trades, service companies, professional services, and manufacturing. Clients elsewhere in the US are welcome; the Gulf Coast is home.

What sets us apart is who does the work. The CPA who signs your return is the same CPA who runs your planning call, reviews your books, and answers when you call in October about a distribution question. No hand-offs to junior associates, no rotating account managers, no learning curve every April. One firm. One relationship. One horizon.

How we practice

Three principles that shape every engagement.

Not a mission statement. What we actually do differently.

One

The relationship, not the transaction

You get one CPA — not a rotating cast of associates. Same person on the tax return, the planning call, and the year-end review. Fixed annual fee, no surprise invoices.

Two

Planning before compliance

Most firms file your return in April and are done. We work the plan the other eleven months — entity structure, distributions, retirement, real estate, and exit — so April is the confirmation, not the surprise.

Three

Senior CPA on every engagement

You work directly with a licensed CPA — not a bookkeeper, not a rotating associate, not a chatbot. If your business is complex enough to warrant real attention, you get real attention from day one.

Who we serve

Not every business is a fit — and that's the point.

We're built for

  • Established businesses doing $1M to $25M in annual revenue
  • Owners who take home $150K+ in personal profit from the business
  • S-corps, multi-member LLCs, and multi-entity structures
  • Owners who want proactive planning, not just year-end filing
  • Restaurants, retailers, real estate investors, service companies, construction, professional services, and manufacturing
  • Multi-state filers (we handle up to 10+ states routinely)

We're not for

  • Sub-$1M revenue businesses — you deserve a smaller-fee firm at your scale
  • Owners looking for the lowest bidder — we're not it
  • One-off tax returns with no ongoing relationship
  • International businesses (US-based only)
  • Owners not ready to actually engage a firm — we don't do drawn-out shopping cycles

Our qualifier will tell you honestly which category you're in. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and we'll send you a short list of firms that might be.
